Suzanne Watzman, founder
Suzanne Watzman grew up in the fashion industry and pursued her interest in visual communications with a degree in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design. Her first adventure was Watzman Information Design, created to help make things easier to use and understand. Her current venture Watzman Design and the Tamaryn Label, began as an escape from New England's winter to Vietnam with her daughter. Amidst silk markets, embroidery villages, silversmiths and antique clothing markets was more than enough inspiration. The Tamaryn label has now become her business and her passion.

Today, Suzanne's classical design training carries over the fashion and accessories products she designs: each making its own statement in terms of impact and usability through the use of color, fabric, and practicality (or not!)

Tamaryn Watzman, chief inspiration officer
Ms. Watzman has held the position of CIO for the last 5 years, in particular because of her desire to own frilly, mostly pink and very twirlable clothing. Though her tastes have mostly focused on pink and sparkles, she has begun to incorporate additional colors and styles- as long as they keep to her main theory: that girls clothing should make girls feel like princesses (and should mostly be pink).

Tamaryn Fund for Good Deeds
Watzman Design now donates a percentage of all sales to the Tamaryn Fund for Good Deeds which supports good deeds in the country of the company's products' production. the building of an orphanage in Hanoi, Vietnam.

In addition, all of Watzman Design's creations, designed or purchased personally by Suzanne, are fabricated by small, quality-oriented tailors and artisans located in both North and South Vietnam. In this way we support the small shops and women-owned businesses that make up the backbone of the burgeoning manufacturing business environment that is revitalizing Vietnam.

BUYING Tamaryn by Watzman Design creations will make you feel good in two ways. You'll look great and have fun wearing them and a portion of your purchase price goes to good deeds in their country of origin!
